Living in the lightning capital of the United
States we have seen our share of this unbelievable power. What it does when it
hits certain objects and even when it just hits close by. Most often, we end up
with no electricity until the storm passes. Sometimes the thunder is so
deafening it sounds like a bomb was set off. Other times it rumbles, seemingly
from one end of the sky to the other. It makes you feel like saying, Okay God
what are you telling me?”
To watch it steaming across the sky in so many different ways, it is hard not to think about whom is telling it where to go. The lightning and thunder are never the same. So from a safe place watch for those flashes and wait for the noise that sounds like it is talking to you. And think about the how awesome all of it is.
