One thing that we cannot see but we know is there. Wonder what it could be? Well, it is the wind. We feel it in many ways. On a summer’s night as it softly blows through the windows. And in the afternoon when it is hot and the breeze cools the moisture on your skin. How about on an autumn day when it blows the leaves out of the trees when they are ready to fall, or blows the piles of leaves after you have just raked them up.
Just like we are not able to see the wind we know it is there, we can’t see God but does that mean He is not real? So many people believe if you cannot see or touch it, that it must not be real. Well ask yourself this one question. How does the wind move and who guides it?
Psalm 55:8 (NKJV)8. I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest.”
Ecclesiastes 1:6 (NKJV)
6. The wind goes toward the south,
And turns around to the north;
The wind whirls about continually,
And comes again on its circuit.
Job 37:8-9 (NKJV)
8. The beasts go into dens,
And remain in their lairs.
9. From the chamber of the south comes the whirlwind,
And cold from the scattering winds of the north.
Luke 8:23 (NKJV)
23. But as they sailed He fell asleep. And a windstorm came down on the lake, and they were filling with water, and were in jeopardy.
